• “I am interested in one of your ride listings, what’s the next step?”
• First, we recommend you schedule an appointment to inspect the ride. Contact us by phone, fax, or e-mail and we will arrange a convenient time for you to inspect the ride and speak with the owner to discuss the condition of the ride, operation, maintenance, etc. If the ride meets with your approval and you decide to make an offer on the equipment, we will present the offer to the owner. If your offer is accepted, we will forward a purchase agreement contract spelling out the terms and conditions of the sale, payment, delivery deadlines, etc. IRG will arrange dismantle, loading and shipping of the ride/s, as part of our superior customer service program.

• “Does IRG finance?”
• IRG does not finance or lease rides. We offer our customers several sources for both finance and lease options, primarily in the US and Canada. For Financing in Mexico or in other countries, please contact us directly.

• “Who is responsible for dismantle, loading and shipping arrangements?”
• Normally for used rides, the buyer is responsible for both shipping and payment for shipping of the equipment. Intermark Ride Group will arrange or negotiate dismantle and loading, secure competitive shipping quotations and schedule the entire transaction as part of our commitment to superior customer service.  All arrangements are made with the buyer and seller’s pre-approval – no hidden costs, no surprises. For new ride equipment, price quotations usually include shipping to your location.

• “I want to rent, not buy, rides for my event - can IRG help?”
• IRG does not rent or arrange for temporary use of ride equipment. We can refer you to several organizations and customers, such as area carnival operators, who may have an interest in providing your event with rides. Several sources are: www.partyrental.com, www.showmensleague.org, www.oaba.org and www.gibtownshowmensclub.com.
• “Can you help me sell my ride?”
• Please contact us to discuss your equipment, price and date available to sell. We will ask you to complete several listing forms and forward photos of the equipment in digital format. Once the information is received we add your information to our website and our used ride list and begin aggressively marketing your ride for sale worldwide.
